  1. Registration Fee – includes Access to all Technical Sessions of the Congress, Congress Kit and Working Lunch on all Days of the Congress, Evening Cultural Programmes and Participation Certificates.
  2. Those who are not full-fledged members of UIAF with subscription fees paid must add the additional amount of the UIAF Conference fee to their registration fee while making the payment.
  3. Those who make payment Early and On-time, are likely to be considered for some competitive scholarship in the form of free working accommodation, which will be available from the evening of 8th August till the morning of 15th August 2023. This category of registered participants is requested to exercise this option in the prescribed form provided.
  4. Those with accompanying persons should also add the corresponding amount prescribed for every accompanying person.
  5. Overseas Participants attending the congress offline may apply for the Registration Fee waiver by requesting [email protected] or replying on their acceptance email.
  6. The Participants are encouraged to find their own sources to meet their travel expenses. However, those who do not have any other source of travel support may apply for a competitive grant to meet part of their travel expenditure in the prescribed form, and the selection will be based on merit. This is subject to the availability of the funds.
  7. If you would like to avail of the special category – “Research Scholars (without UGC and other fellowship), Students and Freelancers“, you need to provide supporting documents while collecting your Conference Kit.
  8. After Payment using the “SBI Collect” option or Bank Transfer, Fill in the “Payment & itinerary Details Form” without fail.
